What size table do I need for a tabletop display?
Most tabletop displays are designed for a standard 6 foot conference table, which is the most common size the venue provides. We also build for 8 foot tables when needed. If you know the exact table dimensions from the show organizer, let us know and we will size the display to fit. The display should sit comfortably on the table with a few inches of clearance on each side.
Can a tabletop display fit in airline baggage?
Yes. Most tabletop displays fold flat into a carrying case that meets standard airline checked baggage size requirements. Pop-up and fabric tabletop kits are the most travel-friendly. Panel tabletop displays may exceed checked baggage size depending on the panel dimensions, but they ship easily by ground carrier. Ask us to size your kit for airline travel if that is your plan.
How tall is a tabletop display?
Most tabletop displays stand 2 to 4 feet tall above the table surface, which puts the top of the display at around 6 to 7 feet from the floor when sitting on a standard 30-inch tall table. Sized to be visible from across the venue without overwhelming the table or blocking sightlines to other exhibitors. Custom heights are possible if your venue has different sightline rules.
How long does a tabletop display take to set up?
Pop-up tabletop displays go up in under 5 minutes. Fabric and panel formats take 5 to 10 minutes. Every kit ships with labeled parts and clear instructions, and most require no tools. One person can typically set up a tabletop display alone, which is part of why this format works so well for traveling reps and solo exhibitors.
Can I reuse a tabletop display across multiple events?
Yes. Every tabletop display we build is engineered for repeat use across dozens of events. Graphics are designed to fold without creasing, frames disassemble for travel, and the carrying case protects everything in transit. When your messaging or branding changes, you can reprint just the graphics while keeping the same hardware. Graphic reprints cost a fraction of buying a new display.
