Are hanging signs included in the island rental?
Yes. Hanging signs are a defining feature of the island format, and every island rental package includes the hanging sign design, fabrication, and rigging coordination. We handle the hanging sign engineering to meet show floor height rules, and we coordinate with the venue or in-house rigging team on the install. The hanging sign is included in the rental package along with the booth itself.
How far in advance should I reserve an island rental?
Island rentals need more lead time than smaller rentals because of the design complexity, engineering requirements, hanging sign rigging, and freight logistics. Reserving 10 to 14 weeks out gives you the most flexibility on design, graphics revisions, and shipping. Rush production is possible for smaller island footprints, but premium 30x30 and custom larger formats need realistic timelines. Send us your show date as early as possible.
What if I want to use the same island rental for multiple shows?
Multi-show island rentals are common, especially for clients with two or three major events in the same season. We coordinate venue-to-venue shipping between shows, handle storage in our facility between events, and manage the install and teardown logistics at each venue.
