How much does a trade show booth rental cost?
Rental cost depends on the category (standard, modular, custom, or island), the booth size, the graphics complexity, and which add-ons you include like lighting, furniture, or A/V. A simple 10x10 standard rental is the most affordable entry point. A fully custom island rental with integrated lighting and demo zones costs more. Are rental booths fully branded with my graphics?
Yes. Every rental booth comes with fully custom branded graphics built around your logo, colors, messaging, and visual identity. The structural hardware is rented, but the graphics, layout, and visual presence are tailored to your brand. From the show floor, most attendees cannot tell the difference between a rental and a custom build.
How far in advance should I reserve a rental?
Reserving 6 to 8 weeks out gives you the most flexibility on booth size, graphics revisions, and shipping. We can move faster when needed, sometimes on tight 2 to 3 week turnarounds, but available hardware narrows and rush charges may apply. Custom rentals need more lead time than standard or modular kits because of the design work involved.
Do you handle shipping and on-site setup?
Yes, every Storm Displays rental package includes shipping, on-site installation, and teardown. Our team coordinates with the venue, handles drayage and material handling, and has the booth ready before you arrive. After the show closes, we dismantle the booth and handle return shipping. You walk into a finished booth and walk away at the end.

Yes. Many clients rent the same booth design across multiple shows throughout the year. We keep your previous rental specs, graphics files, and booth configuration on file, so re-ordering for a future show is fast.
