How much does a modular booth rental cost?
Rental cost depends on the booth size, the complexity of the graphics, the accessories included (lighting, A/V, furniture), and the venue logistics. A standard 10x10 modular rental is the most affordable entry point. A 20x20 modular rental with integrated lighting and premium accessories costs more. Can the same rental kit reconfigure between booth sizes?
Yes. Modular rental systems are designed to reconfigure between common booth sizes. The same kit can build a 10x10 inline, a 10x20 corner, or expand to a 20x20 footprint with additional rental components added for the larger shows. Are rental graphics fully custom to my brand?
Yes. Every modular rental includes fully custom SEG fabric graphics designed around your logo, colors, and messaging. The structural modular hardware is rented, but the graphics and visual presence are tailored to your brand. From the show floor, attendees see a fully branded booth indistinguishable from a custom purchase.
How far in advance should I reserve a modular rental?
Reserving 6 to 8 weeks out gives you the most flexibility on booth size, graphics revisions, and shipping. We can move faster when needed, sometimes on tight 2 to 3 week turnarounds, but available hardware narrows and rush charges may apply. For shows in your high-demand season, earlier is always better.
What happens if I want to switch from renting to buying?
If your show calendar grows and renting no longer makes sense, switching to a purchase is straightforward. Can I rent the same modular system for multiple shows in a row?
Yes. Multi-show rentals are a common request, especially for clients with shows back-to-back in the same season.
