How much does a rental booth cost?
Cost depends on booth size, graphics complexity, add-ons like lighting and furniture, and whether you need shipping and on-site install. A simple 10x10 inline rental with branded graphics is the most affordable option. A 20x20 island rental with backlighting, hanging signs, and demo zones costs more. Send us your booth size, show date, and what you need on the floor, and we will quote you a realistic number for your specific event.
Are rental booths fully branded?
Yes. Every rental booth comes with fully custom branded graphics built around your logo, colors, messaging, and visual identity. The structural hardware is rented, but the graphics, layout, and visual presence are tailored to your brand. From the show floor, most attendees cannot tell the difference between a rental and a custom build.
How far in advance should I reserve a rental booth?
The earlier the better. Reserving 6 to 8 weeks out gives you the most flexibility on booth size, graphics revisions, and shipping rates. We can move faster when needed, sometimes on tight 2 to 3 week turnarounds, but the available hardware narrows and rush charges may apply. If your show is coming up faster than expected, get in touch and we will tell you honestly what is still possible.
Do you ship and install rental booths?
Yes. We handle shipping nationwide and offer on-site installation and teardown for every rental booth. Our team coordinates with the venue, manages drayage and material handling, and has the booth ready when you arrive. After the show closes, we pack everything up and the rental hardware goes back to our facility. You walk into a finished booth and walk out at the end of the show.
Can I rent the same booth again for a future event?
Yes. Many clients rent the same booth design or structure for multiple shows throughout the year. We keep a record of your previous rentals, your graphics files, and your booth specs, so re-ordering for a future show is fast. You can also adjust the size, swap graphics, or update the layout for each new event without starting from scratch.
