Why Choose a Modular Display?

Modular exhibits are built from reusable components that can be arranged in different ways. You can start with a 10x10 and scale to a 10x20 or 20x20, using the same system. Graphics can be replaced, hardware can be expanded, and the layout can be reconfigured as needed. See more options in our modular displays lineup.

Benefits of modular trade show displays:
  • Reusable hardware and flexible layouts
  • Easy graphic updates for different campaigns
  • Lower long-term cost compared to custom builds
  • Compact shipping and simpler storage
  • Fast setup with labeled parts and instructions

If you need to exhibit in multiple cities or adapt to different booth sizes, modular is a smart solution.

Get Answers for FAQs

What makes a display modular?
A modular display is built from reusable components, usually aluminum frames with SEG fabric graphics, that connect together in different configurations. The same set of parts can build a 10x10 inline booth at one show and reconfigure into a 10x20 or 20x20 at the next. Graphics swap independently of the hardware, so you can update your messaging without buying a new booth.
Can I expand my booth later?
Yes. Modular systems are engineered to grow with you. You can start with a 10x10 kit and add components later to build out to a 10x20 or 20x20 footprint. We will help you map out a starter kit that fits your current shows and leaves room for expansion when you need a larger presence.
How long does it take to assemble a modular booth?
Most 10x10 modular kits assemble in under an hour with two people, no tools required. Larger 10x20 and 20x20 configurations take longer depending on lighting, towers, and accessories. Every kit ships with labeled parts and clear setup instructions. If you would rather not handle it yourself, we offer on-site installation nationwide.
Is a modular booth better than prefab or rental?
It depends on how often you exhibit. Modular is the strongest fit when you do 3 or more shows a year and need different booth sizes across them. A prefab booth is faster to buy and set up if your footprint stays the same every show. Rentals are best when you only do one or two shows a year, or when you want to test the booth size before investing in hardware.
Do you offer storage and shipping support?
Yes. We offer shipping case options sized for your modular kit, and we coordinate logistics between shows so the booth gets where it needs to go on time. If you do not have storage space at your facility between events, ask about our storage and refurbishment program so the booth stays show-ready year-round.
