How long does a custom booth take to build?
Timeline depends on the size, materials, and complexity of the design. Most custom booths take 6 to 10 weeks from approved design to delivery, including fabrication, graphics, and quality checks before shipping. The earlier you start, the more flexibility you have for revisions and the better the shipping rates. If your show is coming up faster than that, get in touch and we will tell you honestly what is still possible.
Can I reuse the booth for future shows?
Yes. Custom booths are engineered to be reused across multiple shows. Structural components break down, ship in custom-fitted cases, and rebuild at the next venue. Graphics can be reprinted at lower cost than rebuilding the whole structure when your messaging changes year over year. We design with reuse in mind from the start.
Do you handle booth setup?
Yes. Storm Displays handles on-site installation and teardown nationwide for every custom booth we build. Our team coordinates with the venue, manages drayage and material handling, and has the booth ready when you arrive at the show. After the show closes, we pack everything back into shipping cases for storage or transit to the next event.
