National Coverage

Areas We Serve

Storm Displays builds and ships trade show booths to every state in the country. We design from our home facility, fabricate in-house, and freight finished booths directly to your show venue. Whether your show is in Las Vegas, Orlando, Chicago, or any other city in the United States, the booth arrives ready, gets installed by our crew on-site, and gets dismantled and shipped back after the show closes.

Most exhibitors do not need a local booth vendor. They need a vendor with the manufacturing capacity to build the booth right and the logistics depth to deliver it on time anywhere. That is the model Storm Displays runs. Browse our full trade show displays lineup to see what we build, or jump straight to trade show booth rentals if a rental fits your show better than a purchase.

How Nationwide Service Works

We handle every step from design through teardown so you do not have to coordinate vendors across multiple cities. One team, one quote, one point of contact for every booth we ship.

01

Design Anywhere

Work with our design team by phone, video, and email. No in-person meeting required. You see 3D renderings before fabrication starts.

02

Build In-House

Booth fabricated at our facility under one roof. Materials, graphics, A/V integration, and quality control all done before the booth ships.

03

Ship to Your Venue

Custom-fitted shipping crates and freight booked directly to the show venue. We coordinate venue receiving, drayage, and material handling.

04

On-Site Install & Teardown

Our install team meets the booth at the venue, sets it up before doors open, and returns at show close for teardown and return freight.

Working With Clients Across the Country

Most clients never set foot in our facility. The work happens by phone, email, video, and freight tracking. Here is what makes that work over distance.

Communication Across Time Zones

We work with clients in Pacific, Mountain, Central, and Eastern time zones every week. Our team flexes hours to match client schedules, and project managers stay in regular contact through the build cycle so you always know where the booth is in production.

  • Phone and email coverage during business hours across all U.S. time zones
  • Video calls scheduled around your team's availability
  • Project updates pushed to you at clear milestones
  • Show-week direct phone line for emergencies

Show-Week Coverage

The closer you get to show day, the higher the stakes. Our project manager stays in direct contact with you, with the venue, and with the freight carrier through show open. If anything moves, you know immediately.

  • Direct phone access to your project manager show week
  • Freight tracking confirmed and shared with you
  • Venue receiving confirmation before drayage starts
  • Install crew briefed and on-site before booth open

Whatever City Your Show Is In

Tell us about your show, the venue, the booth size, and your dates. We will quote the build, ship the booth, install it on-site, and dismantle when the show closes. Wherever in the country your event is happening.

Get Answers for FAQs

Do you really ship trade show booths to all 50 states?
Yes. Storm Displays ships finished trade show booths and rental booths to every state in the U.S. Continental freight by ground carrier covers most shows, and we coordinate air freight or sea freight for Alaska and Hawaii when needed. The shipping is built into the quote, so you know the freight cost before you commit to the build.
How does the on-site install work if you are not local to the venue?
Our install team travels to the venue or works with vetted on-site labor crews depending on the show city, venue rules, and union requirements. Most major convention centers (McCormick, Javits, Mandalay Bay, Orange County, etc.) have specific in-house labor requirements that we coordinate with directly. Either way, the install is part of the package and the booth gets built right before doors open.
What's the lead time for shipping to a show in another state?
Typical ground freight to most U.S. venues takes 2 to 14 days depending on distance and venue receiving windows. East Coast shows from our facility ship in roughly 5 to 7 days. West Coast shows often arrive in 2 to 4 days. We book freight to arrive at the venue during the show's official receiving window so your booth is ready when the crew shows up to install. For rush shows, expedited freight is available.
Do you handle drayage and material handling at the venue?
Yes. Drayage (the movement of your booth from the receiving dock to your booth space) is one of the trickiest line items at any trade show. We coordinate with the show's official service contractor on drayage, handle the paperwork, and price it into your quote so there are no surprise charges show week.
Can you build a booth for a show outside the U.S.?
Our primary coverage is the United States, but international shipping is possible for certain shows. International builds add complexity around customs, freight, and on-site labor that we evaluate on a per-show basis. Tell us where your international show is and we will tell you honestly whether we are the right fit for it.
Do I need to be near your facility to work with Storm Displays?
No. The clients we work with are spread across every region of the country. The design conversation happens by phone, email, and video. The booth ships to your venue, not to you. You never need to visit our facility unless you want to. The work happens at distance every day.
